F.A.Q.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions besides following.
If you have a modern smartphone, like iPhone XR/XS, Pixel 3 or newer, check if it supports eSIM Technology. If that is the case, then you can instantly connect it to Global Mobile Data network that will provide you with fast and reliable mobile data access in almost any country of the world without any identity verification. No SIM cards, no papers required. The service is completely private and gathers no user data whatsoever. You get a UK (+44) phone number for SMS that can be used for messenger registration, etc. Needless to say, using a foreign number is much better for your privacy than using a local service. Our services do not include legacy GSM voice calls. Our Internet gateway is in Europe, hence you can enjoy unrestricted Internet access in countries that are blocking free access to the Net. Our rates are very reasonable too.

Yes, you can do it after registration procedure.
To ensure your connection to the Global Mobile Data network you must switch your Roaming and Data Roaming switches ON. You can find the Roaming Switch in your smartphone Settings. For certain eSIMs you might need to check your APN settings. The details on how to set your APN are included in the eSIM installation instructions SMS that you will receive after purchasing your eSIM and installing it into your phone.
You might find it difficult to access the Internet in areas with limited mobile coverage or no coverage at all. Try switching locations and make sure you have enough signal bars to connect to 3G or 4G/LTE. You can also try to change the carrier manually. If you are in good coverage and tried everything else, you can always try a full power-down restart and see if that helps.
With latest versions of iOS you can just scan the QR code with your iPhone Camera app. It will ask if you want to install a new plan. With other phones, to scan the QR Code, follow the below steps on your device:
- Go to Settings/Connections/Cellular (Mobile) on your phone
- Select SIM card manager and Add mobile plan
- Tap on Add using QR code
- Scan your QR code. A pop up will appear, Add new mobile plan? Tap on Add
- A second pop up will appear, Add new mobile plan? Tap on OK
- Your new data plan will be displayed in your eSIMs list
For certain eSIMs you might need to check your APN settings. The details on how to set your APN are included in the eSIM installation instructions SMS that you will receive after purchasing your eSIM and installing it into your phone.
If you are experiencing issues scanning the QR code or receive the QR code on the device you are using, there is another option on your device that will allow you to enter details manually. You will be asked to enter:
1. SM-DP+ Address
2. Activation Code
3. Confirmation Code (if available)
On iPhone go to Settings/Mobile Data/Add Data Plan/Enter Details Manually. On other phones, look for similar options in Settings/Mobile Network, etc.
Dial * 1 8 7 # 📞 in your Phone app and wait for the operator message with your actual balance.
With our eSIM, your actual mobile number is not known to your local mobile network provider, as you are in roaming. Therefore, your adversary cannot collude with your local mobile network provider to run various attacks, that are easy with ordinary mobile subscribers, such as:
1. SimToolKit attack. Using a special service SMS and a secret Ki key attacker can control subscriber's SIM card (or eSIM chip) and, using a special surveillance interface built into every GSM phone, eavesdrop on the subscriber during calls or standby.
2. Monitor subscriber's location
3. Log subscriber's calls, messages and data sessions
New IMEI is generated every time you install a new eSIM. We have no information on security of these generated IMEI codes, whether it's possible to infer or retrieve the original IMEI or not. But at least it's not the same.
Last but not least, your identity is not linked to the geographical point of purchase of a physical SIM card
